The PATS and ERS paediatric webinar series continues, with a Paediatric Respiratory Research: meet the experts webinar on 7 October 2021. 

During this webinar, the two experts will share how they started their research in paediatric pulmonology, highlight the successes and failures they had and share how they built successful careers in Europe and Africa. They will also provide guidance and tips for early career members including how to engage with research groups and the various possibilities for those who want to do paediatric respiratory research.

Format

In this webinar 2 speakers one from ERS and PATS will discuss their career journeys in paediatric respiratory research and provide guidance to early career researchers. The webinar will be interactive by including voting questions in the presentations and by promoting an active Q & A session.

Learning Outcomes

ECR and paediatric pulmonology fellows will gain insight on initiating research projects, current paediatric training research courses, networking and initiating collaborations regionally and internationally for success in research.
