PATS-MECOR 2024 Kenya
We are pleased to announce the application for the Pan African Thoracic Society – Methods in Epidemiologic, Clinical and Operations Research (PATS-MECOR) 2024 is now opened.
The PATS-MECOR 2024 course will be held from 16 to 20 September 2024 in Brackenhurst, Kenya.
The course is designed for pulmonary clinicians, investigators, and academicians to provide training in research methods.
Level 1: Measuring the Burden of Disease – For health professionals with an interest in Respiratory Medicine, and who wish to improve their clinical research and investigation. No prior experience of research is needed.
Level 2: Advanced Clinical Research Methods – For past attendees who have completed a Level 1 course.
Level 3: Further research skills, grant and paper writing – To be accepted on to level 3 applicants must have completed level 2 and be able to demonstrate how previous PATS MECOR courses have advanced their research career.
