RESEARCH ON THE PREDICTORS OF TB TREATMENT OUTCOMES IN NIGERIA

PATS MECOR student Dr Nelson C. Eze carried out research on “Predictors of Tuberculosis Treatment Outcomes in Public and Private Health Institutions in Abakaliki, Southeast, Nigeria” using a BREATHE small award received during PATS MECOR.

Dr Eze was awarded a small grant of £3,000 in 2018 to carry out the research. After completing his research, Dr Eze stated that “the grant was timely and judiciously used for the research”.
